It means that she has worms. I cannot tell you what type of worm because I can't see it. The most common type of worms are roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms. I suggest you keep the worm, put it in a plastic bag and take that along with Pochie to your vet so she can get treatment. You need to take the worm so your vet can see what you are talking about.
