How can I tell my 11-week-old, 13lb rescue puppy's breed and size?

I hear it’s nice to know your dogs breeds for knowing problems that can occur in that breed. We never met the parents on our rescue pup so we have no clue of his breed or possible size. Currently he is 11-12 weeks and weighs 13 pounds. Any idea what breed(s) he may be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 2 months and 21 days old
