How to stop my big dog from jumping when I come home or play?

How to stop soska from jumping on me when i come home or while she is playing she is big now and my mom and dad can’t take it she is very strong. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 59 lbs

When Soska jumps on you the best way to deal with her is ignore her. I would recommend crating her when you leave that way when you walk into your home she isn't automatically jumping on you. Then you can leave her in the crate until she calms down. If that is not an option just completely ignore her (no talking to her at all) just walk past her until she calms down. When she is playing I would do the same thing. When she starts jumping on you completely ignore her and stop playing with her completely.
