Dog's eye won't close after a fight. Is it an injury or Horner's?

My dogs started fighting and i tried to separate them but wouldn't work so i resorted to hitting and i wasn't thinking and accidentally hit one of my dog in the head or eye which finally stopped the fighting, when i checked on it one of his eyes are looking sideways. (Turns out his eye isnt sideways the his eye lens won't close) Is there any way to treat it? Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Male | unneutered
