Has your vet checked Sokara's teeth? She could have an infected tooth that is causing this issue. I suggest you get her to your vet for an examination. If a tooth is not the issue the other options are diet related. Not the products you are using in the photos but her main staple diet. You may want to consider switching brands of food. What are you feeding now? Can you post again with more information so we can help you better? Thank you.

I do like this food and you are probably correct, that the diet is not Sokara's issue. However, that being said, just because something works for the majority of your cats it does not mean it will agree with every single cat. It is possible that this food does not agree with her. I would start her on a probiotic like Fortiflora. This probiotic will help balance the normal flora in her stomach/intestinal tract and that could help the issue. https://www.ubuy.com.sa/en/catalog/product/view/id/4408180/s/purina-veterinary-diets-fortiflora-feline-2-box-pack-30-sachets-per-box-by-purina?sku=B00JU2IVLO&store=store&p-key=2712 You can also try this drinking water additive. I have had good luck with this helping with bad breath. All the cats can drink this. https://www.ubuy.com.sa/en/catalog/product/view/id/2668153/s/v-oratene-drinking-water-additive-4-oz?sku=B002B8O23K&store=store&p-key=2712 Still, I think you need to rule out a dental problem with your vet first. Just because she is young does not mean she can't have a bad tooth. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

I like the CET brand of dental products for animals, so I recommend getting Lumi the CET AquaDent Dental additive. You can get it online or find it in a pet store. Yes, you can give him chew toys meant for his teeth. No, the brand of cat food likely isn't the reason for his bad breath, it could be he has a dental problem causing it. I'd have him checked out by a vet to be safe. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
