Many skin diseases/problems looks similar visually so it is hard to say for sure exactly what that is. If you wanted to go with what is the most common/likely I would say either ringworm or a bacterial skin infection (staph). My recommendation is always to have your pet checked out by your vet. If you want to try something at home first you can try these medicated pads: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Douxo-Chlorhexidine-3-PS-Pads/dp/B00G3D8JL0/ref=sr_1_1?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1514399343&sr=1-1&keywords=duoxo+pads I would wipe the lesions 2-3 times per day. Let dry and then apply this cream (a thin layer): https://www.amazon.co.uk/Canesten-Dual-Action-Clotrimazole-Cream/dp/B00DCPHVMU/ref=sr_1_3_s_it?s=drugstore&ie=UTF8&qid=1514399398&sr=1-3&keywords=miconazole+cream If no improvement in 7-10 days then I would get Truman to your vet for an exam. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
