My dog has neck lumps and snoring. Should I worry before surgery?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 months and 1 day old | 58 lbs

8 month old Shepard/husky/golden/staffordrshire mix with Lump on both sides of neck. More snoring sounds then usual and bad breath but she’s always had bad breath and the vet didn’t seem worried about it when we asked before but know with the lumps I’m very worried. She also has hip displasia and suppose have surgery on January 9th on one hip first.

I would have the lumps on the neck checked out for sure. I am guessing those lumps are enlarged lymph nodes. This can be serious and I doubt they would want to put her under anesthesia with enlarged lymph nodes. I would call your vet and get her back in for an exam to check her out.
