Dog's third eyelid showing, lethargic, peeing inside. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 26 days old | 55 lbs

Left eye third eyelid showing. Covering half of eye at times. Blinking in eye. No discharge from eye expect in morning clear discharge. Slightly lathargic and has peed on the floor for first time in weeks. Normal appetite. Started 3 days ago eye. Has become more pronounced

This can occur with eye pain (such as with a corneal ulcer, infection, change in eye pressure), prolapse of the tear producing gland in the eyelid, or even with tumors (although I see your pup is just a few months old, so that's not the case here). I would recommend getting her to a vet today for evaluation, especially since Aina is slightly lethargic. Eye issues can get worse quickly, so promote treatment is important.
