Our little Alfie is a new addition to our family, so I am unable to provide a full history. He’s about 5, Male, Patterdale Terrier X. Unfortunately in the last two days he developed some sort of an infection between his toes.

This may be from an underlying allergy or from a foreign body such as stick or splinter or a bite. Soak it in warm water to help for now. Ideally you want to stop her from licking it as this makes it worse but I know that is hard to do. If you can place some neosporin on it and apply a baby sock this will help the medicine soak in and stop her from licking it. You can do this until you can get an appointment at the vet for further medicine and to make sure it does not need to be lanced and flushed
