Pip may be causing trauma to his penis or prepuce by being too aggressive about humping. To avoid future trauma do not allow him to have the bear. He may need an examination by a veterinarian to ensure he has not caused excessive damage to himself or to ensure he does not need pain medication or antibiotics. At minimum please make sure he can urinate normally and does not lick around his prepuce or penis. If he is having any issues or the bleeding persists he will need to see a veterinarian.
