Is there anything I can do to stop/avoid early labor of my pregnant dog? She’s on her 54th day. Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 6 months old

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Sakura! If you think Sakura is in labor it is likely too late but she would need to be seen by a Vet right away. Sometimes progesterone and terbutaline can be used. Sadly if she is aborting or in labor too early then it usually indicates something is very wrong with the puppies, hormonally with Sakura or with her uterus (infection) and things are going to progress. I would suggest a specialty hospital or close Veterinary School where they may have reproduction specialists. I wish you all the best!
