Hello, I noticed this marking on my dogs under ear today and it is a lot warmer compared to the other parts of his ear. However, he hasn’t been itching or scratching at it at all. Also, it is not a scab, it is smooth. Do you know what may have caused this or what it is? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 8 years and 11 months old | 17 lbs
