Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 19 lbs
My dog has his ears pearched back a little and was shaking a lot. I brought him for a walk and once he sat om the ground and sort of scooter his butt. We’re back inside now and he’s not shaking but his ears are pearched back a little. Some notes: he does have a case of anxiety and is taking medication for it, as well as we also switched his food. It’s still the same brand but instead of the “beef” we started feeding him l”chicken”

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It sounds like Luke is not feeling well. The scooting may be caused by impacted anal glands. Rapid changes in food can cause intestinal issues, but these are typically diarrhea/vomiting. I recommend having Luke seen by a vet as soon as possible if you think that he is not being himself. I hope all is well!
