Why does my dog always get diarrhea after visiting other dogs?

We often bring our dog with us to my parents house when we visit. They have 2 dogs as well. Every time that we get back home our dog will become sick with terrible diarrhea. What could be causing this constant issue if we know that she is not getting into anything?

It could be the stress and the car ride. it could also be something your parents are giving her without you knowing such as treats or table scraps. it's not likely to be something that she catches from the other dogs though.
