My dog ate montelukast 10mg. Should I worry? What are the next steps?

My dog just ate one of montelukast 10mg will she be okay. She is 9months and is in good health

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! There is not much information about this medication in dogs, but it looks like it has relatively low side effects. You may see some vomiting or diarrhea. If you would like a more definite answer I would call the ASPCA poison control hotline at 888-426-4435 where they have more experience with pets eating human medications.
