My dog's other eye has similar symptoms. Can I use the same medicine?

My dog got diagnosed with epiphoria in one eye. His eye is getting better but now his other eye is starting to do what the other I did. Can we give his other eye the same medicine we’re giving his other eye currently? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 13 lbs

As long as there are no other changes that the other eye did not previously have and this is the exact same problem as the opposite eye, I would say it is probably safe to assume this is the same problem and using the same eye medication should be ok.
