My puppy was bitten. Why is he sleepy and has a bump on his head?

My pitbull puppy, (probably around 7 or 8 weeks old) tried to eat another older dogs food and was bit just above his nose, he has a bump on his forehead now maybe half an inch above his wound he bled a little bit, but he seems very sleepy now but still will wake up and walk around and bite on my fingers. He drank cold water too, but what do I do about the bump? What is it? Why is he so sleepy? I attached three photos, the last one is from the 21st when I first got him. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 21 days old | 2 lbs

The bump is probably swollen tissue, as he was bitten by another dog there is very high chances of him developing a bad infection from the bite wound, you will need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get the wound checked and he will need a course of antibiotics in order to get better.
