How to determine my puppy's age if he looks young and can't see well?

I would like to know if you could give me a rough guess as to how old my puppy is please I have been told he looks a lot younger than 8 weeks. He also seems like he hasn't got his full site as well he can see stuff but not from far away. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 26 days old | 0.0151 lbs

It is impossible to age a pup from pictures, especially without any indication of breed etc. Your vet ir vet nurse may be able to provide some indication from a dental exam as teething is quite predictable in the majority of dogs. Sight and balance would not be expected to be fully developed by 8 weeks
