My dog's eye looks pink and veiny. What can I put in it safely?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | unneutered | 8 years and 11 months old | 9 lbs

the white part of one of my dog's eye, looks a little pink, or you can see like the blpood vessels more than in the other. for sure he has something, beacsue it llooks different than the other eye. I am attaching one pic with the eye that looks irritated with the veins, and the other pic the eye looks perfectly white. What can I put in his eye?

It appears to be mildly inflamed. You can rinse it with saline eye was hand apply a warm compress to help. If you notice a mucous discharge or he does not want to hold it open, then it will need to be seen by your vet for prescription eye drops
