Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
Hi. My kitten malachy died this morning. He was fine until 3 days ago. Then he became lethargic and refused to eat. He wasn't vomiting but he had diarrhea. But not extreme diarrhea just like he had eaten something that was messing with him. I was wondering what could of killed him so quickly. Do you think it could of been some sort of poison. There are other cats here and none of them are sick. Just hoping you could give us some kind of idea of what happened. Thank you. Merry Christmas.

I'm so sorry to hear about Malachy. The main things that come to mind would be poison or a congenital abnormality. Viruses can all be fatal to kittens but you expect them to get really sick before they pass. Monitor the other cats very closely for any signs of illness and take then into the vet if any signs are seen. I hope this helps. Try to have a good Christmas.
