Why does my dog whine and pee from excitement when I come home?

When I come home, my dog starts whining when I get excited to see her and she's excited too but then I touch her front legs and pet her gently and she starts whining again and evem louder and them she lays on her back and wants to play. Is she afraid or really excited to see me? It did happened before but just for 30 seconds, now it can last as long as I call her good girl and pet her. And also, she pees herself when she sees me after 5-6 hours. Hahah! Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 8 months old | 9 lbs

This is all very normal excited behavior. She just loves you and is trying to tell you. It is also very normal for dogs to pee when they get excited to se their owners. Give her a big hug and enjoy all the love she is giving you!
