My dog died from high liver enzymes & yellow vomit. What caused it?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 11 years and 10 months old | 45 lbs

Blood Test for my 11 yr old mixed sheperd dog are as follows Lymphocytes 10.2 Low Granulocytes 87.2 high ALT...... 775 U/L high ALKP >2000 U/L high GGT...... 20 U/L high AMYL... 432 U/L low Is it Hepatitis ? Followed by yellow vomit and yellow urine then stopped eating at all. Poison ? She is dead and buried now. Just need to know more. Thank you

I am so sorry for your loss of Gitane. From looking at the values, her age, and the symptoms, I would be concerned about a bad liver infection or liver cancer. Those liver values and granulocytes are really high which happens most commonly with cancer. Poison is less likely. I hope this helps give you some closure. Hang in there. Hugs!
