Puppy had red testicles and a lump. Should I still be worried?

Hi I got in touch yesterday about my puppy having red testicles and a lump/spot on the left side of his testicle. I do have a picture now but you can't really see the lump/spot but there also gone back to normal colour. Is there anything to be worried about? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 16 days old | 23 lbs

It may have been an allergic reaction to something or a big bite if it is getting better on its own and improving. You can watch it for another day and see if it continues to improve and if it then get him seen.
