Why are my dog's eyes foggy blue, swollen, and blinking a lot?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 1 year and 11 months old

hello, I am pet lab( mix bread). he is 2 years ols. i am noticing that his eyes colour is turning blue or can say that foggy blue and swallow around the eyes. he is keep on blinking his eyes like he is sick. i wan to know what the problem exactly is? is it is a sign of getting mature or what. thankyou

The fogging you describe is not normal at such a young age and the squinting and blinking indicates eye pain. I recommend an urgent veterinary assessment, preferably by referral to an ophthalmologist. Urgent pain relief should be prescribed to relieve the discomfort whilst the cause is being identified
