My dog peed blood drops after grooming, but seems fine. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Female | spayed | 11 years old

Hello, this evening I noticed my miniature poodle (11 years old) had urinated in the basement in two separate places. What I also found were drops of blood around the urine, not in it. This has never happened before. The only thing that happened today is we took her to be groomed by a professional. She shows no physical signs of illness and her appetite is regular. Could you help shed some light on what the issue could be?

I would recommend to take Angel to the vet to have her urine checked for an infection or other cause of bleeding. The blood either can from her bladder, rectum or maybe her mouth. Look her over to see if you find any wounds. I suspect it's her bladder however. Many times they will act normal but it needs to be addressed. Best of luck!
