Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 4 days old | 7 lbs
My puppy is 3 months old and has been having stomach issues since he was about 8 weeks old. For weeks he was having liquid stool. He's been dewormed again, on Metronidazole and given probiotics. The entire month he has been on a bland diet of prescription canned food. Nothing seemed to be working. My vet recently tried Tylosin - and he is doing much better! Gaining weight and firm stool! I'm not sure what Tylosin is, but is he better now? Or when we stop tylosin will he go back to liquid stools?

Tylosin is a very specific antibiotics used mainly for tylosin responsive colitis, hopefully this will solve the problem but you will be able to know for sure only after you finish that course of antibiotics that the vet prescribed Winston.
