My cat pooped from vet stress. Can I safely bathe him tomorrow?

Hello, my cat Felix got vaccinated and dewormed today, but was nervous on the way back -as he usually does and pooped himself. I tried washing his legs but there's still a smell. Is it okay if I wash hum tomorrow with his shampoo? Thank you very much! Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old
