My rescue dog is still aggressive after trying everything. What to do?

I have a 1 and half year old rescue dog. We love her so much and we have tried everything. Calming tablets, thundershirt, behaviourist and training classes but she is not any better. As soon as she sees anyone she barks and lunges at them. The same with dogs. Once she got off the lead and chased two people down who were about 500 meters away and stood their barking at them. The people were petrified. We can't have visitors over and we dread unexpected visitors. We don't know what to do any more. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 6 months old
