Why is my bird lethargic, not eating, and molting at 1 year old?

Very low energy,always sitting on the side of the cage,mostly sleeping all day,very little eating and new feathers coming in he’s a year old. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 1 year and 11 months old
