Why is my puppy lethargic with stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting?

My 5 month lab/ Great Pyrenees has been experiencing stomach pains she’s had diarrhea she tried she was trying to throw up this morning but nothing would come out. She seems lethargic and has no appetite and she didn’t seem to want to drink water. What do you think the problem is? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 5 days old | 30 lbs

I’m sorry Bella is so sick. At her age I worry about infectious diseases such as parvovirus. However, intestinal obstruction, intestinal parasites, as well as other more rare causes such as kidney disease are all possible. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. They will likely want to take an x-ray to look for an obstruction and a parvovirus test. If those are normal then possibly some blood work to look for less common problems. Best of luck and I hope she improves soon! Thank you for using Pet Coach.
