Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Cinnamon is non-toxic to dogs. I do not suggest feeding your dog cinnamon, there are no health benefits that I know of. It can cause stomach, mouth, intestinal and even skin irritation. I hope this helps and I wish you and Dogz the best!
