My puppy has a dry nose, is wheezing, and lethargic. Is he sick?

Hi there, I just recently adopted a three month old terrier mix puppy and noticed that his nose is a little dry and he’s wheezing a little bit. I’m not sure whether he might be sick or that I just need to invest in a humidifier. I’m sure I’m overacting to this but if you could offer your insight I’d appreciate it. He’s also a bit lathergic, not sure if that’s related.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Percy is adorable! From the second picture it looks like he has a respiratory infection. A dry or wet nose doesn’t tell us a lot about their health but dogs shouldn’t have green discharge from the nose. I recommend taking him to a vet for an exam. They may need to take an X-ray to make sure it’s not in his lungs. They can also start him on antibiotics for the infection. Good luck and kisses to Percy!
