My German Shepherd puppy is scared of kids and other dogs. Help!

I have a situation with my 3 months old female german shepherd. Normally dogs are scared of men or women and are intimidated by them but my puppy is the opposite, she is terrified of kids. She bites and plays with men or older people bt kids :( . She is normally ok in walks bt when she sees or hears a baby she runs crazy fast away from them. And she is also scared of other dogs. How do I get rid of her fear? She hasn't been bit by other dogs. Though a kid did pull her hair once. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 28 days old | 19.842 lbs

Hello. This is a great age to start to introduce Sweety to new experiences. Puppy classes at Petco or another training facility will widen her world to different sights, sounds & people. Overcoming innate fears are a difficult thing to teach a dog on your own, but a professional trainer can guide you to make Sweety a confident & well mannered pet. Take care.
