Why is my budgie tired, weak, and unable to sleep? What should I do?

My bird (budgie) is looking tired and weak, he cant keep his tail high and because of it he cant get a sleep. What should i do? Please respond as soon as possible:(. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

Kika is probably very ill, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take him to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease before it can be treated.
