My dog had pyometra. Can she still have puppies safely in the future?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 4 months old | 88.185 lbs

Doctor I have a rottweiler bitch unfortunately she caught open pyometra can I breed her in future my vet administrated her servaral antibiotics like intacef, metronidazole, ranitidine is these are correct treatment .please help me I need to breed her to take a healthy litter. Give me advice.

Pyometra can cause damage to the lining of the womb and can reduce fertility. In many cases a 14day course of antibiotics will clear the infection in young bitches but if symptoms persist or recur before her next cycle the chances of successful breeding are much reduced and surgical neutering may be recommended. If breeding is intended, it should be done on the next heat cycle
