Can you tell what type of breed is my dog. They say she was a shih tzu but her hair never grows. she is about 10 months old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 10 months and 5 days old

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Chichay is adorable! She doesn't look like a shih tzu to me at all. She looks to be a long haired chihuahua. Sadly there will never be a way to know 100%, but she is super cute! I hope this helps and I wish you and Chichay the best!
