My dog's hair isn't growing back after hotspot treatment. What to do?

Our dog has recently had hotspots treated by our vet. They have dried up after trimming hair, antibiotics and a chlorohexadine wash of the area to get rid of bacteria. Is their anything you can recommend to promote hair regrowth in this area. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 2 years old | 70 lbs

Hair regrowth is different in pace with each different dog, it may be very fast or very slow, it is totally random and unpredictable. i would not recommend putting anything topical on the area, just brush the hair around the hotspot to promote blood flow it may help making it grow faster.
