My puppy has a swollen lump on its neck. Is it an infection?

One of my dog has given birth, she had 7 in total but one had died in the process. It’s been two and a half weeks since their birth. I noticed one of the puppies has a huge ball on the hue neck. I’m not sure if something bit him/her, or an infection. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 18 days old

I would think that is an abscess and there is an infection. It is best to take this baby to the vet to see if it needs to be lanced and drained and flushed out or just antibiotics. make sure he is able to nurse, with that swelling there it can be hard to breath or swallow
