My kitten has watery eyes. This morning I woke up and one of them was closed shut .she is already on Clavamox for an upper respiratory infection. I've been wiping it with a warm cloth. what could it be?

This is likely conjunctivitis, which is commonly seen with upper respiratory infections. The clavamox will help to keep this from getting too bad, but sometimes prescription eye ointment is needed. Wiping away the discharge with a warm cloth is good to do a few times a day. Considering the one eye is completely closed, it may be difficult for all the discharge to drain, so I recommend having it checked by the vet sometime in the next day or two. I hope that helps and Harper gets better soon.
