My cat's blood in urine returned after treatment. Give meds again?

My cat had blood in her pii few weeks ago. we went vet and they give some medication. she take and the problem was finished. now, week later,she have again, i give again the medication? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 3 years and 9 months old | 5 lbs

Assuming that you perhaps were referring to a urinary tract infection, your veterinarian may choose to do a longer course of the antibiotics or proceed with a culture to treat according to the culture results.
