My dog is limping, had a fever, and now struggles to walk. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 71 lbs

Dog started limping on front leg, then front and rear, had a fever our vet put him on antibiotics, the fever is reduced but now he can hardly walk, like vertigo with labored breathing

These symptoms are very suspicious of a tick born disease such as tick fever, babesiosis or lyme disease. you should take him back to your vet and request a blood test to identify those potential blood parasites, treatment is with some very specific medications and antibiotics.
