My dog stopped feeding 3-week-old puppies. Are they too young to wean?

We got 5 puppies which are almost 3 weeks old. But her mom (Nancy) is not feeding them from yesterday night. Should we start whining them or they are too young for that and should get only mother's milk? We are really afraid that if the mother's milk is not provided in correct amount then they may grow up lacking in health. What could be the possible reason for Nancy not feeding them?

They are too young to be weaned from milk, you will need to buy puppy replacer milk at the pet shop. there could be many reasons for the mother to stop feeding her pups, the most common would be mammary gland inflammation.
