Why is my 7-year-old dog needy with a chest lump and shaking?

My dog has a lump on her chest under the skin. She has been acting very needy and follows me everywhere, which is very unlike her. She will sometimes shake for no reason. She has high energy though and high appetite. 7 yrs old

The lump needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take Skittles to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
