Our dog is walking around gingerly and slow with her head down and back arched. She will move her head up and down but has been lathargic all day. Thoughts on what this could be? Pet's info: Dog | Bernese Mountain Dog | Female | spayed | 5 years and 11 months old | 95 lbs

It could also be related to severe digestive pain caused by pancreatitis or infection. I'd recommend having Ellie seen by a veterinarian right away.
