Hello, and thank you for your question. Not eating for two days can be a sign that something is bothering her. It could be something like gastroenteritis (tummy upset), pancreatitis, infection, or pain, among many other things. I would take her to a vet in the morning, where they will perform a full physical exam to check for any sources of pain or discomfort. They may also recommend blood tests or x-rays depending on what is found and what her other symptoms are. Hopefully with these, they will be able to find out the cause of her anorexia. In the meantime, I would try offering her a small homemade meal of plain boiled chicken and rice. This is generally appealing to dogs and plain enough that it should not cause any further upset if her tummy is bothering her. I hope this helps and that Daisy is feeling better soon!
