My dog's head rocks, she's dizzy, stumbling, shaking. What's wrong?

My dog is 1 year and last Thursday at night she was rocking her head side to side and when she got on the floor her back legs would either slide down or she would be able to walk but she'll stumble and appear to be dizzy she would also not eat she could still run fast tho and it happened this Thursday and again on Saturday. She trys to walk but her body just shakes side to side when she stands in place. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 11 lbs

Encephalitis and other neurological causes may lead to these symptoms.
