My cat just had deformed, attached kittens. Should I call the vet?

My Gaara just gave birth a few days ago.. 3 of the kittens is deformed and one of them is attached to a leg and another kitten belly is attached to the body. 1 of the kittens died , do I take them to the vet to remove and separate them? I don't see the mother trying to do anything to separate them. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 day old | 3 lbs

With these types of deformities it is best to take them to the vet to see what structures are involved before removal is attempted. I would not let the mother over groom or lick or it may separate them also.
