My dog's nose and lips are still itchy. What else can I try at home?

Our dog have itchy nose/lips. I try Apple vinegar wipes and cortisone cream Nightwish, and it's a lot better but it's seems it's not go away. What I can do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 21 lbs

The only option left at home to add is an over the counter antihistamine such as Benadryl to help with redness and itching if it is from an allergy. you may need to change her bowls or bedding to see if it is a contact allergy that is getting worse. If this does not help you will have to see your vet for prescription medications
