My cat was outside in cold, shaking, breathing weird. What's wrong?

I let my cat outside for 1 night and the next day he was found shaking breathing weird an it's been 24 hrs and he's still not got up not ate or drank it's very cold out side to. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 10 lbs

With your description, I would be concerned about a respiratory problem, hypothermia or systemic infection. The outdoor temperature is cold right now so if he was exposed to very cold temperatures for a prolonged period of time, he may be hypothermic.
