I'm sorry to hear Jess has been so ill. Since she has so many symptoms ongoing, it would be best to bring her back into the vet ASAP for care. Your vet may recommend additional tests such as X-rays or bloodwork or a deeper look into her ears under sedation to try and find an underlying cause to all of her symptoms. Ear infections can also sometimes cause pain in the jaw or neck, and may cause a dog to be nauseated or dizzy which could be leading to the vomiting you are seeing. If she is completely listless and unwilling to move, eat, or drink, it would be best to seek care immediately to treat any dehydration or other more serious issues right away.
